Booking at the airport ticket office, you can pay either credit
card or pay in cash.In case you wish to travel in the soonest
flight; you must make the booking before the Check-In counter

Seat Assignment
|
|
|
|
Seat assignment service is available at our website. You can
assign your own seat while booking the flight at least 6 hours.
Please note that the assign seat is not changeable. We reserve
the right to change assigned seat in case flight cancellation or
flight delay.

|
Seat confirmation
|
|
|
|
The booking of a Seat is confirmed after full of payment of the
fare is made and after we issue you a booking number and/or
the Itinerary.
|

|
1.4
|
Flight detail change
|
|
|
|
Once a reservation is made, this ticket expires within 1 year from the date of reservation. Change date of travel before 24 hours from departure time, will not be charged.
Passenger must pay 500 Baht penalty fee per time to change Passengers name before 4 hours from departure time must pay 500 Baht penalty fee to change the flight details and the fare differences before 4 hours from departure time

Fares
|
|
|
|
Fares apply on to carriage from the origin airport to the
destination airport and include ground transport services
between airports and between airports to town terminals unless
otherwise specifically stated by us.
We are strictly a point- to –
point carrier and we shall not respond for your connection flight
|
|
|
2.2
|
Infant
|
|
|
|
An infant under the age of 2 years may travel provide he/she
sits on an adult’s (12 years of age) lap. Only one infant is
allowed for one adult. A child between 2-12 years old shall pay
fares in child’s rate except we have a promotion which adult and
child pay the same price.
No baby seats or perambulators are allowed in the cabin of the
aircraft. Newborn baby less than 14 days will not be accepted on
board.

2.3
|
Taxes and Insurance Charges
|
|
|
|
Any tax, fee or charge imposed by the Government or other
authority or by the operator of an airport will be in addition to
our fares, unless otherwise specially stated by Solar Aviation .
|
|
|
2.4
|
Currency
|
|
|
|
Fares and fees are payable in the currency prescribed with our
published fares unless otherwise stated by Solar Aviation .
|
|
|
2.5
|
Accuracy
|
|
|
|
Solar aviation reserves the right to revise any fares and flight
schedules at any time or time to time without prior notice.
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. Check-In and other Requirements of Carriage
|
|
|
|
3.1
|
Check-In Conditions
|
|
|
|
You should be at the airport before departure time for making
government custom and check-in. Solar Aviation’s check-in
counters are opened 2 hours before flight departure time and
closed 30 minutes before schedule flight time. It is your
responsibility for these conditions which were announced when
you made a booking. Solar Aviation reserves the right to not
allow you to check-in without any liability to you and without
having to refund to you any fare paid if you cannot check-in on
time or if you fail to have proper identification of fail to identify
yourself to our staff.

|
3.2
|
Boarding
|
|
|
|
You must be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before
flight departure time.
|
|
|
3.3
|
No-Show
|
|
|
|
If you fail to check in on time or fail to board the aircraft by the
departure time, the fare you paid will not be refunded to you for
any reason in case of special price ticket. However, if you pay
fully price ticket, you can refund the fare fully price by feeing
500 Baht for each ticket.
|
|
|
3.4
|
Compliance
|
|
|
|
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws,
regulations, orders, demands and requirement of countries
flown from, into or over and with Solar Aviation’s terms &
Conditions, notices and instructions. Solar Aviation will not be
liable in any way whatsoever to you in connection with obtaining
necessary documents or complying with such laws, regulations,
orders, demands, notices, requirements or instructions, whether
given orally or in writing or otherwise or for the consequences to
you resulting from you failure to obtain such documents or to
comply with such laws, regulations, orders, demands, notices,
requirements or instructions.

|
|
3.5
|
Travel documents
|
|
|
|
You are responsible for obtaining and must possess and have
available for presentation like Identification Card or any
Government-issued card or other photo Identification card or
passport all entry and exit, health and other documents
required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements
of the countries flown from, into or over. Solar Aviation
reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who has
not complied with or whose documents do not appear to comply
with, such applicable laws, regulations, orders, demands or
requirements
|
|
|
3.6
|
Refusal of Entry
|
|
|
|
You agree to pay the applicable fare and/or penalties or fines
whenever Solar Aviation , on order of any Government or
immigration authority, are required to return you to your point
of origin or elsewhere due to your inadmissibility into a country,
whether of transit or destination. In such cases Solar Aviation
will not refund the fare to you.
|
|
|
3.7
|
Passenger Responsible for Fines, Detention Costs, etc:
|
|
|
|
If Solar Aviation is required to pay or deposit any fine or
penalty or to incur any expenditure by reason of your failure to
comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands or other travel
requirements of the countries flown from, into or over or to
produce the required documents, you shall on demand
reimburse to Solar Aviation any amount so paid or expenditure
so incurred or to be paid. Solar Aviation may apply toward
such payment or expenditure the value of any carriage unused
by you, or any funds due to you in our possession.

|
|
3.8
|
Security Inspections
|
|
|
|
You shall submit to any security checks by Government or
airport officials or by Solar Aviation ’s staff.
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. Refusal and Limitation of Carriage
|
|
|
|
4.1
|
Right to refuse carriage
|
|
|
|
For safety reasons, Solar Aviation may refuse you or your
baggage or if in the exercise our reasonable discretion, we determine that
- Such action is necessary for reasons of safety or security;
- Such action is necessary in order to comply with any applicable laws, regulations or orders of any state or country to be flown from, into or over;
- Your conduct, status, age or mental or physical condition or the physical condition of your baggage is such:(1)
need a special assistance from Solar Aviation or (2) as to cause reasonable fear of harm, to other passengers or to our crew; or (3) มีอันตรายหรือทำให้เกิดความเสี่ยงต่อตัวท่านเองหรือบุคคลอื่น หรือต่อทรัพย์สิน
- You have committed misconduct on a previous flight and there is a reasonable likelihood that such conduct may be repeated;
- You have not observed, or are likely to fail to observe, instructions of Solar Aviation;
- You have refused to submit to a security check;
- The applicable fare or any charges or taxes payable have not been paid;
- Your payment is fraudulent;
- You do not have the proper documents for travel, or you have shown us an illegible documents or another documents that bought from other persons who are not Solar Aviation or agents;
- It has been reported lost or stolen;
- It is counterfeit
- The booking has been altered by anyone other than us or our authorized agent, or has been mutilated (in which case we reserve the right to retain such documentation); and/or
- The person checking in or boarding cannot prove that he is the person named as the passenger on the booking.

|
4.2
|
Unaccompanied Child
|
|
|
|
Solar Aviation allows children below 12 years of age travel
alone with guardians’ acceptance form either origin or
destination.
|
|
|
4.3
|
Passengers Requiring Special Care:
|
|
|
|
Solar Aviation classifies passengers requiring care during
boarding the aircraft into 2 stereotypes as follows:
a) Passenger requiring care is passenger with capability to walk
to the gate and board the aircraft alone but may require
assistance during the flight or boarding. In this case, Solar Aviation will allow the booking and Check-In procedure of such
passenger. We also will provide a wheelchair for use and will
lead to the gate. In case of wheelchair requiring, it must be
notified to us when making a booking, in case of booking was
made through website, passenger must contact Solar Aviation
at least 6 hours before flight departure; otherwise, Solar Aviation will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any
damages which may arise.
b) Passenger requiring special care is passenger who requires
assistance in walking to the gate and/or boarding, and/or is
unable to travel alone for any reason. In this case, Solar Aviation will allow passenger to board under the condition that
his/her escort must accompanying to provide passenger’s
assistance during the flight and boarding. This passenger must
notify us of the requirement for special care when making a
booking, in case of booking was made through website,
passenger must contact Solar Aviation at least 6 hours before
flight departure. The name of escort must be given to Solar Aviation provided that such escort must be traveling and
accompanying such passenger in the same flight; otherwise, we
reserve the right to deny boarding and refund fare to passenger.

|
4.4
|
Pregnant Passenger
|
|
|
|
Pregnant Passenger must advise Solar Aviation the progress of
her pregnancy at the point of booking. Solar Aviation is
subjected to the following conditions:
- Pregnancy up to 27 weeks: we will carry without a doctor’s certificate.
- Pregnancy 28 weeks to 35 weeks: passenger shall produce a doctor’s certificate confirming that she is fit to travel.
- Pregnancy more than 36 weeks will be refused carriage.

|
4.5
|
Infants less than 14 days old14 วัน
|
|
|
|
Solar Aviation reserves the right not to carry infants less that
14 days old.
|
|
|
4.6
|
No Refund
|
|
|
|
Solar Airticket reserves the right not to refund fares, surcharge
and other fee to passengers who are refused for carriage.
|
|
|
4.7
|
Others
|
|
|
|
Solar Aviation may cancel or disallow any passengers that we
deem inappropriate to board the aircraft.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
5.1
|
Items Unacceptable as Baggage You must not bring items in your baggage as following;
|
|
|
|
- Items which are not properly packed in suitcases or other suitable containers in order to ensure safe carriage with ordinary care and handling;
- Items which are likely to endanger the aircraft or persons or property on board the aircraft, such as those specified in the Dangerous Goods Regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization – [ICAO] and the International Air Transport Association – [IATA] and Solar Aviation’s Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Contract;
- Items the carriage of which are prohibited by the applicable laws, regulations or orders of any state or country to be flown from, into or over;
- Items which in Solar Aviation’s reasonable opinion are unsuitable for carriage by reason of their weight, shape, size or character;
- Fragile or perishable items;
- Fresh or frozen seafood or other meats provided that such items may be carried on board as hand luggage only if we are satisfied that they have been properly packed;
- Firearms and ammunition;
- Explosives, flammable or non-inflammable gas (such aerosol paints, butane gas, lighter refills) refrigerated gas (such as filled aqualung cylinders, liquid nitrogen), flammable liquids (such as paints, thinners, solvents) flammable solids (such as matches, fire lighters), organic peroxides (such as resins), poisons, infective substances (such as viruses, bacteria), radioactive material (such as radium) corrosive materials (such as acid, alkali, mercury, thermometers), magnetic substances, oxidizing materials (such as bleaches).
- Weapons such as antique firearms, swords, knives and similar items provided that such items may be allowed as checked baggage at our absolute discretion for very special reasons. These cannot be carried into the cabin for any reason whatsoever.

|
5.2
|
Valuable and Fragile Goods
|
|
|
|
Passengers are strongly advised not to check in such items as
baggage. If they are checked in as baggage, passengers agree
they send for carriage of such items at their own risk. Such
items include money, jewelry, precious metals, silverware,
electronic devices, computers, cameras, video equipment,
negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, passports and
other identification documents, title deeds, artifacts,
manuscripts and the like.
|
|
|
5.3
|
Pets
|
|
|
|
Solar Aviation reserves the right to not allow passengers brings pets on board in any case.
|
|
|
5.4
|
Items Require Special Handling
|
|
|
|
Such items as surfboard, archery equipment, bicycle, fishing
equipment, which require special handling, are entitled of 300
Baht per kg. if the weight of these items which are included with
normal checked baggage, exceed 10 kg.
|
|
|
5.5
|
Right to Search
|
|
|
|
For safety and security reasons, Solar Aviation may require
you to undergo a search, x-ray or other type of scan on your
person or your baggage. We reserve the right to search your
baggage in your absence if you are not available,for the purpose
of determining whether you are in possession of or whether your
baggage contains any unacceptable or prohibited items as
noticed on 5.1 whether military items which are now shown to
us as noticed on 5.1. If you refuse to comply with such searches
or scans we reserve the right to refuse carriage of you and your
baggage without refund of fare to you and without any other
liability to you. In the event that a search or scan causes injury
to you or damage to your baggage, we shall not be liable for such
injury or damage unless the same is due to our fault or
negligence. You may cooperate in your baggage searching even
checked or unchecked baggage in case of necessity with custom
officer or other Government authority. We shall not be liable for
such damage happens to you owing to you cannot follow these
regulations.

|
5.6
|
Checked Baggage
|
|
|
|
Upon delivery to us of baggage to be checked, Solar Aviation
will take custody there of and issue a Baggage Identification Tag
for each piece of checked baggage. Checked baggage must have
your name or other personal identification affixed securely to it.
Checked baggage will be carried on the same aircraft as you
unless we decide for safety, security or operational reasons to
carry it on an alternative flight. If your checked baggage is
carried on a subsequent flight Solar Aviation will deliver it to
the station of your destination within a reasonable time of
arrival of that flight unless applicable law requires you to be
present for customs clearance.

|
5.7
|
Free Baggage Allowance
|
|
|
|
You are entitled to transport baggage in excess of 10 kg. of free
baggage allowance, subject to the conditions and limitations
contained in Solar Aviation ’s Terms and Conditions
|
|
|
5.8
|
Excess Checked Baggage
|
|
|
|
Passengers receive a free baggage allowance of two pieces. The weight all of baggage shall not exceed 10 Kgs. baggage charges at rate 70 Baht per 1 Kg.
|
|
|
5.9
|
Unchecked Baggage
|
|
|
|
Only 1 piece of baggage is allowed to be carried on board
provided that must fit under the seat in front of you or in an
enclosed storage compartment in the cabin, which does not
weigh more than 10 kg.(Including checked baggage and unchecked baggage) as seen on 5.7. Items determined by us
to be of excessive weight or size or of an offensive nature will not
be permitted on board.
Container or material which is not fit for transportation must be stored in the cargo and shall not be
brought on board.

|
5.10
|
Collection and Delivery of Baggage
|
|
|
|
You shall collect your baggage as soon as it is available for
collection at places of destination. If checked baggage is not
claimed within 3 months of the time it was made available to
you, we may dispose of it without any liability to you. Only the
bearer of the Baggage Identification Tag delivered to the
passenger at the time the baggage was checked is entitled to
delivery of baggage. If a person claiming the baggage is unable to
produce a Baggage Identification Tag for identification of the
baggage, we will deliver the baggage to such person only on
condition that he/she has established to our satisfaction
his/her right thereto, and if required by us, such person shall
furnish adequate security to indemnify us for any loss, damage
or expense which may be incurred by us as a result of such
delivery.
Acceptance of baggage by the bearer of the Baggage
Identification Tag without complaint at the time of delivery is
prima facie evidence that the baggage has been delivered in good
condition and in accordance with the contract of carriage
between us.

|
5.11
|
Delayed Baggage
|
|
|
|
In case the baggage delivery is delayed, Solar Aviationmay consider compensating not more than 300 Baht per person.
|
|
|
5.12
|
Lost Baggage
|
|
|
|
If the checked baggage cannot be returned within 14 days after arrival, the luggage is considered lost. Solar Aviationpays THB
200 per kg. of lost checked baggage with a maximum of THB
1,500 per piece of baggage or not exceeded 10 kg.
|
|
|
5.13
|
Damaged Baggage
|
|
|
|
The passenger must report any damages to Solar Aviation’s
ground handling agent immediately after the baggage has been
reclaimed at the destination airport. Solar Aviation will pay
THB 400 per piece of baggage.
|
|
|
|
|
|
6.Cancellation of Delays of flights
|
|
|
|
In case of cancellation or delays of flights, Solar Aviation is
agreed to proceed in accordance with the announcement of
Ministry of Transportation regarding “Right of passengers using
Thai air transportation service in domestic routes policy”
announced ณ December 6, 2007
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
7.1
|
Availability
|
|
|
|
Refund either fully or part of fare is available in case of flight
cancellation by Solar Aviation only.
In any cases which are in our regulations, it is our right to reserve not to refund except
they are in custody.
|
|
|
7.2
|
Proper Person
|
|
|
|
Solar Aviation will make a refund only to the person who has
paid for the seat upon presentation of identification and
satisfactory proof of such payment.
|
|
|
7.3
|
Process
|
|
|
|
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and accompanied
by the original itinerary and/or booking number, proof of
payment and identification.
|
|
|
7.4
|
Currency
|
|
|
|
The refund shall be governed by the law, rules and regulations
or orders of the government of the country of which the booking
is made. Solar Aviation will refund in the same currency as the
fare’s currency. However, Solar Aviation reserves the right to
refund in other currency as may be stated in the rules and
regulations of the company.
|
|
|
|
|
|
8. Conduct Aboard Aircraft
|
|
|
|
8.1
|
If in our reasonable opinion you conduct yourself the aircraft so
as to endanger the aircraft or any person or property on board,
or obstruct or hinder the crew in the performance of their duties,
or fail to comply with any instruction of the crew including but
not limited to those with respect to smoking, alcohol, use of
cellular telephones, or use any threatening, abusive or insulting
words towards the crew or behave in a manner which causes
discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to other passengers
of the crew, Solar Aviation will take such measures as we deem
necessary to prevent of such conduct including restraint. You
may be disembarked and refused onward carriage at any point
and may be prosecuted for offences committed on board the
aircraft.

|
8.2
|
If as a result of your conduct we decide, in exercise of our
discretion, to divert the aircraft for the purpose of offloading you,
then you shall be liable for all costs which we incur of any
nature whatsoever as a result of or arising out of that diversion.
|
|
|
8.3
|
Exceptable operation of hearing aids and heart pacemakers is
permitted.For safety reasons.
Solar Aviation may forbid or limit operation on board the aircraft of electronic equipment, including but not
limited to,portable recorders,portable radios,cellular telephones,laptop computers,CD players,
electronic games, transmitting devices (including radio-controlled toys and walkie-talkies.)

|
|
|
|
9. Time Limitation on Claims and Actions
|
|
|
|
9.1
|
Notice of Claims
|
|
|
|
If you wish to file a claim or an action regarding Damage to
Checked Baggage, you must notify Solar Aviation as soon as
you discover the Damage otherwise you cannot claim to us in
any cases.
|
|
|
9.2
|
Limitation of Actions
|
|
|
|
Any right to damages shall be extinguished if an action is not
brought against Solar Aviation within 2 years of the date of
arrival at the destination, or the date on which the aircraft was
scheduled to arrive, or the date on which the carriage stopped.
The method of calculating the period of limitation shall be
determined by law of the court where the case is heard.
|
|
|
|
|
|
10. Modification and Waiver
|
|
|
|
None of our agents, employees or representatives has authority
to alter, modify or waive any provisions of these Terms and
Conditions.
